Live in my sustainable house
Would you like to live in Sydney’s Sustainable House?
Get your water and energy from the sun and the rain?
Well, you can.
Would you like to rent my room for six months while I’m overseas?
It’s the main bedroom, sunlit, two french doors, furnished.
Pay no water or electricity bills. Gas bills do need to be paid; about $70 a quarter. Rent is $250 a week, payable fortnightly. My 21 year old son is here and a friend, Karlie, rents the third bedroom.
The house is sunny, airy, north facing, close to Sydney Uni and the cafes, parks, swimming pools and road gardens we’ve made to grow food.
Contact me here on my blog.
Available from 31 August.
Michael
Good morning, Sergio
Thanks for trying; I appreciate it.
I’ve let the room so it’s no longer available, I’m sorry.
Someone will be giving fortnightly tours of the house while I’m away and you’re very welcome to come and check the systems out when you come to Sydney.
Good luck with your house-hunting and I wish you well – thank you, again, for trying to contact me.
Regards, Michael
Michael,
My attempts to contact you on Skype have failed, let’s just acknowledge the program did not agree with my skill set.
Is the room still available?
Regards,
Sergio
