Get the rainwater from your house into the street verge instead of wasting it to the street gutter by doing these things . . .

The rainwater from your house will drain through the holes into the soil into the street verge

Tips:

• Pack rocks and gravel from nearby below and around the pipe so that the water has lots of gaps in the soil below and around the pipe into which the water may flow
• Put geofabric over the pipe to keep soil out and to retain the efficiency with which the rainwater fill flow into the soil
• Don’t repair the cut pipe and rejoin it – the more water you get into the ground by leaks the better
